Return Policy

Hopefully you will adore everything you purchase at Chic Picks!  I hope it will fit perfectly, look spectacular, and you will never have to use this Policy. But since we live in the real world, here is our simple, straightforward Return/Exchange Policy. Online Shopping can be frustrating so we try to make Returning or Exchanging items at Chic Picks as easy as possible. Nobody wants to be stuck with stuff they can’t wear or that they do not like. It might look different than you thought it would or the material could be WAY off, screens can even make the colors appear vastly different. I get it. That’s why I include a prepaid return label (the return label price will be deducted from your eligible return amount, sorry I can only offer free shipping once and actually stay in business) in every package.  So, you can purchase without any fear. As long as you follow our policy guidelines below, you won’t be stuck with stuff you don’t want. My intention is to sell you unique clothing that you love and that makes you feel beautiful, not take your money and stick you with items you hate. Thanks so much for shopping with me!


This Return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, you will be issued store credit that you can use to exchange your item for something else! All you need to do is return the item unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Upon inspection, we will award you store credit that can be used to purchase any replacement item(s). If your return or exchange does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, unfortunately it will have to be returned to you and no return or exchange will be awarded. This only applies to items with obvious signs of wear, damage or that have been altered in any way. Basically, if you return it in completely useless, unsellable condition. Missing tags do not disqualify you from a return. You cannot receive a refund but you are eligible for store credit. Original packaging is appreciated but not mandatory except for shoes. All shoes must be returned in the original box/packaging to qualify.


We do not accept returns of intimate or other sanitary goods such as headscarves. Swimwear must still have the sanitary liner intact. It cannot have been removed at any point or show signs of being tampered with. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  I’m sure that you didn’t wear it but there are some people that dI’d. I can’t in good faith resell an item of this nature if it has even the slightest possibility of having been worn. While it may be frustrating if you wish to return your item, please remember this policy if you purchase these types of items. There is no chance you will receive a returned intimate or sanitary item that could have been worn if you purchase from Chic Picks. If you have a special circumstance and wish to return this type of item, contact me at and we will work on finding a resolution together.  We will always replace any item of inferior quality and any items that are damaged prior to or during the shipping process. 

We do not accept returns on any preorder or custom order items that have an extended Processing/Shipping Time. If you decide to cancel your order before the stated time has elapsed, you will be issued store credit you can use to purchase another item. An item going over the stated time frame does not qualify you for a refund but store credit can still be issued to purchase a replacement item. .  

We will not accept any Items that is damaged (unless due to no fault of your own), substantially worn items (now obviously you can try your stuff on, just not for 8 hours or anything), Items altered in any way, or Stained Items. Please do not return any item in the aforementioned conditions.  You purchased the item and it now belongs to you. If your item is in any of these conditions due to an inferior quality issue, a shipping issue or any error on my end as long as it is not out of the return window, you are eligible for a return. Just please be sure to contact me before sending your item in so it is not rejected in error.  Thank you! 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your return - whether is has been rejected or approved.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account as store credit. Credit does not expire and you can use it at on any item.   



If you are entitled to a cash refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your account again. Then you will need to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where returns will be rejected and little or only partial store credit will be granted:

● Items with obvious signs of use

● Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or shipping.

● Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


 If your return is rejected due to damage that is not due to our error or shipping, you will be charged for any shipping charges concerning the returned item.  Please do not send damaged, worn, stained or altered returns. This is fraudulent and against our policy.  I cannot guarantee the return of such items and you will not be eligible for refund or exchange. This only applies to fraudulent returns. If your return is rejected for any other reason (outside the return window, no packaging (shoes), etc.) you will still receive store credit minus any processing or shipping fees (if applicable). I try to be fair and honest, I only ask the same in return  




We will always replace items if they are defective or damaged.


If you need to exchange an item, send me an email at just to let me know what’s going on. Be sure to include what replacement item you will need as an exchange. Then just send your item back using the provided return shipping label. Once we receive shipping confirmation of your return, we will go ahead and ship your exchange item so you can receive it as quickly as possible.




You will never pay shipping when you order from Chic PIcks. Unless, you need to return or exchange an item. I just can’t lrocide shipping both ways and keep my virtual door open as a new business. Every package comes with a prepaid return label inside. Only one label will be provided per order so be sure to send everything you want to return/exchange at the same time. You will be responsible for shipping on any other returns or exchanges. To return your product, just apply the provided shipping label and drop it in your mailbox.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
